Enterprise procurement
One path through architecture, data, security, and commercial review.
Use this page to locate the current public facts and the items fixed in an enterprise agreement.
Deployment architecture and data flow
The Deixic application and application data run on Google Cloud Platform. Cloudflare provides DNS, TLS, and traffic proxying. An agent request enters Deixic, policy decides whether it can proceed, and an accepted call reaches the customer-authorized connected system. The decision and returned result remain in Deixic activity history.
Credentials
Customers bring model keys by default. Deixic monitors managed credential health and supports rotation and revocation. Connector profiles and tools can be scoped by team or person. Provider access remains limited to the permissions granted for the connected capabilities.
Retention, deletion, and residency
Retention is set in the enterprise agreement. At termination, the DPA provides for deletion or return of customer personal data, except where law requires retention. Data-residency requirements are confirmed during procurement; this site does not publish a default residency region.
DPA and subprocessors
The DPA covers customer roles, instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, data-subject requests, breach notice, deletion, audits, and international transfers. The current subprocessor list states each provider, purpose, and data boundary.
Support and incident response
Enterprise support scope and response terms are set in the agreement. Security reports go to security@deixic.com and are acknowledged within three business days. The public status page is the channel for approved customer-facing incident notices.
Security material and SOC 2
SOC 2 Type II audit work is underway. The report will be available under confidentiality terms after the audit completes. Current public material includes the Trust page, security policy, DPA, subprocessor list, privacy terms, and status page.
