Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about DEIXIC, read our materials, and contact us. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated systems, or use the site in violation of law.

Content

Site content is provided for general information. Unless otherwise stated, DEIXIC owns or controls the content, marks, and design of the site. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution.

Use of the product

Customers use the product at app.deixic.com under a separate agreement with DEIXIC; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Access is currently granted through the request-access process, and features described on this site can change ahead of the site being updated.

In the product, you may not access another customer’s workspace or data, probe or degrade the service, use agents you run through DEIXIC to break the law or a third party’s terms, or resell access without our agreement. You are responsible for the work your agents do and for the approval decisions your team records.

Model keys

If you bring your own model API keys, calls under those keys go to your provider under your agreement with that provider. You are responsible for keeping those keys valid and secured and for your provider account. For model calls DEIXIC makes with its own keys, DEIXIC is responsible for that provider relationship.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular use.

Third-party services

The site may rely on hosting, analytics, security, communication, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
