Report a security vulnerability.
Send security reports to security@deixic.com. We acknowledge new reports within three business days.
Good-faith research
Do not access another customer’s data, degrade service for other users, use social engineering, or disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
Deixic does not run a bug bounty program. If you report a vulnerability in good faith and follow this policy, we will not pursue legal action against you for that research.
