Evidence and activity
Activity is a timeline of actions and decisions across your agents. Evidence shows why gated actions were approved or denied.
What each action includes
Each entry names the agent, the action, the target, the time, the status, and — once decided — the approver. An example:
Records and receipts
Each action also has a record of who acted and on whose behalf, the target resource, the policy decision and policy reference, the approval request, decider, reason, and time for sensitive changes, the state before and after, the result, and any redactions. Every record carries its authority class: observe, change, sensitive, or outside authority. After a change, Deixic reads the setting back and records the result.
The history is append-only and hash-linked, so edits after the fact are detectable. Governed tool calls carry signed receipts. Export an evidence report as PDF, HTML, or JSON; it is re-verified against the record at export. Report schedules run daily, weekly, or monthly.
The timeline is the Activity screen. Dex surfaces the same activity data when a reviewer needs a slice; the action and evidence details stay together.
