Evidence and activity
Activity is a timeline of actions and decisions across your agents. Evidence shows why gated actions were approved or denied.
What each action includes
Each entry names the agent, the action, the target, the time, the status, and — once decided — the approver. An example:

The timeline is the Activity screen. Dex surfaces the same activity data when a reviewer needs a slice; the action and evidence details stay together.
