Pause an agent
Pause an agent that needs follow-up, and know what the status change covers.
Pausing
Find the agent on the live list — the Fleet screen — and pause it. Its status changes to paused, and everyone looking at the list sees that status next to the agent’s name and owner.
Actions already in progress
Pause is a status change in Deixic. It does not stop an action already in progress; the activity timeline shows what actually ran. An action that needs sign-off keeps waiting for a person whether the agent is paused or online.
