Approve or deny gated work
Gated work waits for a person. This is how you find it, review it, and decide.
1Find what is waiting on you
The queue of gated requests lives on Actions. Agents blocked on a person also show as waiting on a human on the live list, so either place gets you there.
2Review the request
Each request shows which agent is asking, the action, the target, and the evidence attached. Read the target and evidence before deciding.
3Approve or deny
Both outcomes land on the activity trail with your name as the approver. A denied request is recorded the same way an approved one is.
