Connectors / Secureframe
What Deixic does with Secureframe.
Read only
Read controls, findings, and tests for review.
How Deixic helps with Secureframe.
- Read information
- Review controls, findings and users from Secureframe as evidence and to check state.
- Read only
- Use the information to prepare a decision. Deixic changes nothing in Secureframe through this connection.
Example workflow
Read the failing items in Secureframe and help fix the underlying settings
Read the Secureframe findings and controls. Group the failures by the system that owns the setting and prepare the supported fixes.
- Read the findings and controls with their identifiers. Match each finding to the connected system that owns the setting.
- Prepare the supported fix in that system. Apply the customer’s policy and obtain approval when required, then read the setting back and keep the result with the finding.
- This connection reads from Secureframe. A person attaches the evidence there; Deixic does not upload it through this connection.
- A person requests the next evaluation in Secureframe. Read the finding again after that evaluation to check whether it closed.
Check before you continue: A finding can stay open until Secureframe next evaluates it. Compare the same finding across reads and keep the setting check separate from the platform’s evaluation.
