What Deixic does with Drata.
Read and act
Read findings, attach evidence, and request a monitor retest.
How Deixic helps with Drata.
- Read information
- Review controls, findings and users from Drata as evidence and to check state.
- Choose the actions
- Deixic supports actions on evidence and monitors. Grant only the tools and permissions the task needs.
- Keep your decisions
- Deixic checks your policy before a change; sensitive changes wait for a named approver. The action record keeps the decision and result.
1 of 2 changing operations require approval. See how approvals work.
Example workflow
Read the failing items in Drata and help fix the underlying settings
Read the Drata findings and controls. Group the failures by the system that owns the setting and prepare the supported fixes.
- Read the findings and controls with their identifiers. Match each finding to the connected system that owns the setting.
- Prepare the supported fix in that system. Apply the customer’s policy and obtain approval when required, then read the setting back and keep the result with the finding.
- Prepare the evidence for approval, then attach it in Drata using the evidence creation action. Keep the returned evidence identifier with the job.
- Request a monitor retest in Drata, then read the same monitor again. Keep the work open if the new result is still pending or failing.
Check before you continue: A finding can stay open until Drata next evaluates it. Compare the same finding across reads and keep the setting check separate from the platform’s evaluation.
