How Dex Forms works
From a form to a record your team can act on.
1Build the form
Pick fields, mark what is required, and set the file types you accept.
2Publish or invite
Publish a public link, or invite one person with an expiry and a submission limit.
3Collect submissions
Answers and files arrive in Deixic, ready for review.
4Accept or reject
Review each submission with a note, and accepted ones become records.
