What Deixic does with Salesforce.

Read and act

Use Deixic to review accounts and contacts in Salesforce and run the supported actions you allow.

How Deixic helps with Salesforce.

Read information
Review accounts and contacts from Salesforce as evidence and to check state.
Choose the actions
Deixic supports actions on accounts and contacts. Grant only the tools and permissions the task needs.
Keep your decisions
Deixic checks your policy before a change; sensitive changes wait for a named approver. The action record keeps the decision and result.

5 of 5 changing operations require approval. See how approvals work.

Example workflow

Prepare an account update without creating another copy of the customer

Find the Salesforce account matching this company, inspect the relevant contacts, and propose the specific fields to update. Show the account and contact IDs. Ask me to resolve ambiguous matches before creating anything.
  1. Search accounts by a bounded name fragment, then identify the intended account. A similar name is a candidate match, not a record identity. Keep the Salesforce ID with the company brief.
  2. Search the relevant contacts and check their account relationship. Separate missing information from conflicting information. Produce a proposed change list that names the existing record and the fields that should change.
  3. Use an update for an existing account or contact. Use creation only after resolving whether the record already exists. Review the exact action inputs and required approval, then inspect the returned record before starting the next task.

Check before you continue: The account search uses a bounded query with selected fields; it is not an interface for submitting arbitrary SOQL. A result limit or incomplete page should not become a claim that no matching account exists.
