Example workflow
Read terminations as the trigger for offboarding
Read the Rippling workers and list anyone whose employment has ended since the last review, with the end date. For each, name the accounts to check in Google Workspace, GitHub, and the identity provider.
- Read the workers and their status and dates. A termination is the trigger for the CC6.2 access review; keep the worker ID and end date with every downstream check.
- For each departed worker, look the person up in the connected systems and prepare the removals. Sensitive removals wait for a named approver with a reason.
- Read each connected system back after its access change and keep the results with the Rippling worker identifier in the job.
Check before you continue: This connection reads users and employment records and does not write to Rippling. Start the access change on the termination effective date.
