What Deixic does with Notion.
Read and act
Use Deixic to review databases and pages in Notion and run the supported actions you allow.
How Deixic helps with Notion.
- Read information
- Review databases and pages from Notion as evidence and to check state.
- Choose the actions
- Deixic supports actions on pages. Grant only the tools and permissions the task needs.
- Keep your decisions
- Deixic checks your policy before a change; sensitive changes wait for a named approver. The action record keeps the decision and result.
1 of 1 changing operations require approval. See how approvals work.
Example workflow
Publish the decision where the next agent will look for it
Review the relevant Notion pages and databases, identify the intended parent, and draft a page containing this decision, its owner, and its source references. Show the destination before creating the page.
- Find the relevant pages and databases before drafting a new page. Check whether the decision already has a home so a new document does not become a competing version of the same answer.
- Resolve the parent using its identifier. Prepare the page properties and content against the create-page inputs below. Keep the decision, open questions, and evidence separate so later readers can tell what was agreed.
- Review the proposed page and destination before the create action. Retain the resulting page identifier with the task so follow-up work can refer to the same document.
Check before you continue: Read access to a page does not establish permission to create content under every parent. If creation fails, check the target parent and property requirements before retrying the same request.
Use your existing agent with Deixic. Calls you route through Deixic follow your access and approval policy.

Permissions
Choose the access for Notion.
Use a token issued for the account the agent should work in, check its owner, expiry, and resource access, and remember that replacing an expired token does not change the account’s permissions.
