How Deixic helps with Airtable.

- Use the information to prepare a decision. Deixic changes nothing in Airtable through this connection.
Example workflow
Resolve which Airtable bases the connection can actually see
List the Airtable bases available to this connection and identify the connected user. Match the base I name by identifier. Tell me when this access is insufficient for the requested task.
- Check the connected user before resolving the base. Access through a different identity can produce a different inventory even when the base name is the same.
- Read the bases and preserve their identifiers. Continue through the base list’s cursor pages before concluding that a base is absent. Ask the owner to resolve duplicate or similar names.
- Use the result to establish the destination for the next task. This connection exposes bases and current-user information; do not turn that discovery result into a claim that an agent read or edited table records.
Check before you continue: Base discovery and row access are different capabilities. A successful base lookup does not establish which table records a separate operation can read or change.
Use your existing agent with Deixic. Calls you route through Deixic follow your access and approval policy.
Provider access

Choose the reads and actions your task needs. Your connection’s permissions and your agent’s access determine what it can use.

Permissions
Choose the access for Airtable.
Use a token issued for the account the agent should work in, check its owner, expiry, and resource access, and remember that replacing an expired token does not change the account’s permissions.
