Forward-Deployed Engineer

San Francisco · Full-time · In-person, 5 days/week

Get customers live on agent cost, status, and approvals; embed only when production paths still live in tribal knowledge.

What you will work on

Onboard customers so they can attribute spend, see running agents, and approve gated work.
When needed, map high-stakes workflows with business, platform, and security owners.
Turn process maps and approval matrices into gates the product can enforce.
Bring field reality back into product, security, and evals.

Shipped technical enterprise deployments as an FDE, solutions engineer, platform engineer, or equivalent.
Can read code, logs, configs, and IAM, then explain risk to a business owner.
Written deployment artifacts that survived security or change-management review.
Comfortable owning messy customer work without becoming a ticket router.
